No, we don't. It is the contractual obligation of every DOI provider to ensure permanent access to papers in full text, and we can only guarantee this if these papers are deposited in our Repository. Publishers can keep these papers on their domain if they wish, but the so-called landing page must be the Portal Repository.
Yes, all the information required in those documents is published in the proceedings, except for those concerning the publisher/organiser (e.g. PIB, etc.) or the meeting itself (e.g. registration fee). At the same time, this information is provided in a format that can easily be transferred to their profiles in the e-Science register through the author's ORCID.
The interested publisher fills out the e-Order form available on the Portal under My Proceedings. In the e-form it has to choose the scope and level of presentation of the proceedings, that is, the appropriate package of services. For making an informed decision, it is provided with a list of the functionalities of each package, as well as a service price calculator.
The proceedings must meet the usual requirements set generally for publications of this type. Proceedings of scientific meetings must have a chief editor and boards/committees, while thematic proceedings must publish their reviewers. Papers must have abstracts, preferably in Serbian and English, as well as a list of cited references.
No, publishers do not have to be scientific organisations. They do not have to be accredited by the Ministry responsible for science, but it is preferable that they be academic institutions.
Both are indexed. We consider “thematic proceedings” as monographs containing multiple independent papers (authored by multiple different individuals), each of them having its abstract and its list of cited references.
No, textbooks are not indexed, even if they contain chapters prepared by several authors. Single-authored monographs are also not indexed.
In principle, no, but it is extremely possible. In that case, independent papers are presented in the proceedings only at the level of metadata, including bibliographic description, abstracts, and cited references.
Yes, DOIs can also be assigned to abstracts. Prices for presentation of proceedings that are indexed only at the abstract level are determined by estimation, not by calculator.
Yes, provided they are indexed at least at the Basic Package level. CEON/CEES as a publisher has no such need. It is about services ordered online and billed according to the submitted invoice. Organisers of the serial, regular or occasional proceedings can, if they wish, insist on such a contract with CEON/CEES. In that case, the contracts should be submitted to us in digital form for approval, signature, and verification.
