Maintenance. The portal is updated as necessary. All metadata, except cited references, become visible on the Portal immediately after joining the proceedings to the analytical files. The full texts of the papers become visible simultaneously with the metadata. Cited references as metadata are additionally analysed, corrected, and standardized. References processed in this way are added to the database within a maximum of 30 days.
Further development. The Portal is constantly being improved in order to meet the growing needs of various categories of users. The portal publisher will, therefore, welcome any suggestions for improving the portal. Messages of this type, as well as requests for additional information, are sent by e-mail to the SCIndeks Development Team directly. Comments can also be submitted anonymously. CEON periodically conducts surveys of the proceeding’s publishers and editors, in which they are invited to evaluate certain functionalities of the Portal and make suggestions for its improvement.
