"Ozelenjavanje" visokog obrazovanja u oblasti urbanog planiranja

Sažetak
"Pokret ozelenjavanja"termin koji možemo da koristimo kao krovni termin za sve teorijske i praktične napore da životno okruženje učinimo zelenijim - nikada nije bio jači. Ozelenjavanje gradova može doprineti smanjenju efekata klimatskih promena, regulisanju vode i pružanju usluga zelene infrastrukture. Proces ozelenjavanja uključen je u gotovo sve aktivnosti i prostore, a to se odnosi i na urbano planiranje. Brojne međunarodne organizacije prepoznale su ulogu javnih zelenih površina u očuvanju ekosistema i kvaliteta života; štaviše, istakli su potrebu da se zelena i plava područja integrišu u urbano planiranje na svim nivoima. Što je još važnije, "ozelenjavanje" visokog obrazovanja je deo programa mnogih univerziteta i stoga je odgovornost edukacije u preuzimanju aktivne uloge, pa i vođenju ovog procesa ozelenjavanja, ogromna. Ovaj rad razmatra mogućnosti "ozelenjavanja" visokog obrazovanja uopšte, a posebno u oblasti urbanog planiranja i bavi se metodama i vrstama urbanističkih intervencija koje se mogu integrisati u obrazovni proces. Ishodi predstavljaju rezultate napora studenata i nastavnika tokom master kursa "Održivo planiranje teritorije" na Univerzitetu u Beogradu - Arhitektonskom fakultetu.
Abstract
"The Greening Movement"a term we might use as an umbrella term for all the theoretical and practical efforts in making the living environment greener - has never been stronger. Greening cities can reduce climate change's effects, regulate water, and provide green infrastructure services. There is an ongoing greening process in almost all human activities and spaces; it also affects urban planning. Numerous international organisations recognised the role of public green spaces in safeguarding the ecosystem and the quality of life; furthermore, they highlighted the need to integrate green and blue areas in urban planning at all levels. More importantly, greening higher education is a part of the programs of many universities, so the responsibility of teaching to take an active role in greening and even to lead the greening process is enormous. This paper discusses the possibilities of greening higher education in general and particularly in the field of urban planning, as well as the methods and types of urban planning interventions that can be integrated into the educational process. The outcomes represent the students' and teachers' results during the master course "Sustainable Territorial Planning "at the University of Belgrade - Faculty of Architecture.
