Doprinos GIS-a ekonomskom razvoju turizma Toplice
The contribution of GIS to the economic development of Toplica tourism
Sažetak
Toplica je subregija mezoregije Južna Srbija. Turistički potencijal je samo delimično iskorišćen. Postoje uslovi za razvoj različitih vrsta turizma: banjskog, planinskog, lovnog, ribolovnog, tranzitnog. Posebna turistička geomorfološka vrednost izuzetnog značaja je Đavolja varoš. 21.vek je vek informatičke ekonomije, gde je informacija važnija od kapitala. Ekonomskim razvojem poboljšava se materijalni, kulturni životni standard, tako da turizam postaje sve popularniji i donosi nove izazove. Danas turizam zahteva nove tehnologije u upravljanju i kontroli turističkim aktivnostima kao i u procesu odlučivanja. U poređenju sa tradicionalnim pristupom Geografski informacioni sistem (GIS) pruža alat za planiranje i upravljanje turizmom, prikupljajući, analizirajući i vizuelizujući prostorne podatke. Integracijom GIS-a u planiranje i upravljanje turističkom infrastrukturom omogućava se donošenje pozitivnih odluka o lokaciji i distribuciji turističkih elemenata, na osnovu pristupačnosti, uticaja na životnu sredinu i ekonomske izvodljivosti. Turistička karta Toplice, urađena u softveru otvorenog koda QGIS 3.32.2 doprineće daljem razvoju i boljoj prezentaciji Topličkog okruga.
Abstract
Toplica is a sub-region of the Mesoregion of Southern Serbia. Its tourist potential is only partially exploited. There are conditions for the development of various types of tourism: spa, mountain, hunting, fishing, transit. A special tourist geomorphologic value of exceptional importance is the Đavolja varoš. The 21st century is the century of the information economy, in which information is more important than capital. Economic development improves the material and cultural standard of living, making tourism increasingly popular and bringing new challenges. Tourism today requires new technologies for the management and control of tourism activities as well as for the decision-making process. Compared to the traditional approach, the Geographic Information System (GIS) provides a tool for tourism planning and management that collects analyzes and visualizes spatial data. The integration of GIS into the planning and management of tourism infrastructure enables positive decisions to be made about the location and distribution of tourism elements based on accessibility, environmental sustainability and economic feasibility. The tourist map of Toplica, created with the open source software QGIS 3.32.2, will contribute to the further development and better presentation of the Toplica district.
