Najpre su ispitanicama izmereni parametri telesnog sastava (telesna visina, telesna masa, BMI, procenat masti, procenat mišića i dnevni metabolizam), a zatim su usledili testovi brzine (sprint na 10m, 20m i 30m), agilnosti (Agility T-test, Illinois i Change of direction and acceleration Test (CODAT)) i ekplozivne snage (Counter Movement Jump (CMJ), Counter Movement Jump With Arm Swing (CMJwas) i Squat Jump (SJ)).
