Complex sequences: Compositional process in three-part texture
Abstract
Dva tipa složenih troglasnih sekvenci - sekvenca s dvojnim modelom i sekvenca s unakrsnom transpozicijom - razmotrena su iz aspekta kompozicionog procesa. U uvodnom delu teksta istaknuta je oblast primene ovih sekvenci, kao i kriterijum za određivanje složenosti. Potom je načinjen osvrt na metode komponovanja takvih sekvenci prema domaćim autorima. Nadalje je izložena metoda po principu korak-po-korak, kojom se postiže uspešna realizacija. Na kraju je dat sažet tabelarni prikaz kao vrsta podsetnika na najbitnije odlike svakog (pod)tipa složenih troglasnih sekvenci.
Sažetak
In the text we discussed about methods for composing three-part complex sequences, which include a sequence with dual model and a cross-transposition sequence. Firstly, we referred to the field of application of these sequences, as well as to the criterion by which they are called complex. Then, the methods offered by domestic authors were critically presented. In the central part of the text, methods based on the step-by-step principle are presented, firstly with (sub) types of sequences with a dual model, and then with a cross-transposition sequence. In the final part of the text, we provided a concise tabular presentation of all the most important elements for composing three-part complex sequences, which is a valuable reminder to all those who want to master this compositional skill.
