Abstract

This study aims to digitize and optimize promotion planning processes within a retail chain characterized by high promotional intensity. By replacing existing manual processes with an end-to-end automated system leveraging AI-powered recommendation engines, pricing algorithms, and ERP integrations, the entire workflow has been transformed. Results from a pilot implementation demonstrate a 15% reduction in low-impact campaigns, a 12% increase in stock turnover rate, and an 8% increase in promotional profitability.
