Sažetak
Klimatske promene koje se danas jasno primećuju su globalna pojava, koja se registruje i u AP Vojvodini i koje se prate dugogodišnjim nizovima klimatoloških i meteoroloških podataka. Najočiglednija pojava je porast temperature, ali veoma su prisutne i primetne promene u režimu padavina, njihovoj godišnjoj raspodeli i u raspodeli po intenzitetu, kao i povećanoj frekvenciji ektremnih vremenskih događaja i perioda sa ekstremnim klimatskim uslovima. Sve ove promene značajno utiču na životnu sredinu, zdravlje i bezbednost ljudi i na privredu. Prilagođavanje klimatskim promenama sa aspekta planiranja podrazumeva integrativno, adaptabilno i fleksibilno prostorno/urbanističko planiranje i arhitektonsko projektovanje koje u obzir uzima klimatske promene i ekstremne vremenske pojave. Ublažavanje klimatskih promena podrazumeva smanjenje emitovanja gasova sa efektom staklene bašte u atmosferu dok prilagođavanje na izmenjene klimatske uslove podrazumeva preduzimanje akcija i aktivnosti koje su posebno dizajnirane za smanjenje i minimiziranje štetnih posledica izazvanih promenom klime.
Abstract
Climatic changes that are clearly observed today are a global phenomenon, which is also registered in AP Vojvodina and which are monitored by long-term series of climatological and meteorological data. The most obvious phenomenon is the increase in temperature, but there are also noticeable changes in the precipitation regime, their annual distribution and distribution by intensity, as well as the increased frequency of extreme weather events and periods with extreme climatic conditions. All these changes significantly affect the environment, health and safety of people and the economy. Adaptation to climate change from a planning perspective implies integrative, adaptable and flexible spatial/urban planning and architectural design that takes into account climate change and extreme weather events. Mitigation of climate change implies reduction of greenhouse gas emissions gardens into the atmosphere while adapting to changed climate conditions implies taking actions and activities that are specially designed to reduce and minimize the harmful consequences caused by climate change.
