The paper deals with the management of the water supply system in the case of a special water regime when the available amount of water is significantly reduced. In such conditions, a reduction in the amount of water necessitates a change in the distribution of water in certain supply zones, changes in functioning, and raises the level of operationalization. The scope of the work is the water supply system of Herceg Novi Municipality and its management in the conditions of a restrictive supply regime, which occurs permanently due to reduced water inflow into the system.
