Preduzetnički duh etno sela Srbije u kontekstu razvoja seoskog turizma
The entrepreneurial spirit of ethno villages of Serbia in the context of the development of rural tourism
Sažetak
Promene na polju savremene turističke tražnje dovele su do porasta interesovanja za boravkom u očuvanoj sredini, upoznavanjem tradicije i načina življenja naroda širom sveta. Povratak prirodi i kulturi otvorio je put novim oblicima turističke ponude i entuzijastičnim preduzetnicima koji šansu za razvoj vide upravo u ,,zavučenim kutcima" svoje zemlje. Uspon preduzetništva u ruralnim područjima, orijentisan najpre ka lokalnoj zajednici, podstiče samozapošljavanje, otvaranje novih radnih mesta, ekonomski rast, modernizaciju preko potrebne infrastrukture, dajući novi smisao sredini u kojoj se razvija. Razvoj seoskog turizma doprinosi revitalizaciji napuštenih ruralnih oblasti, zapostavljenih prirodnih i kulturnih vrednosti, ali i unapređenju životnog standarda seoskog stanovništva. Etno sela predstavljaju viziju pomenutih entuzijasta da na autentičan način prikažu tradicionalnu arhitekturu i stil života naroda, predstave ukuse, mirise i zanate svog kraja, ali i da kroz ove turističke aktivnosti podstaknu ekonomski i socio-kulturni napredak. U radu su proučavana etno sela Srbije, njihova aktuelna ponuda, plasman na tržištu, kao i planovi za budući razvoj koji prate promene na strani sve zahtevnije turističke potražnje. Radi dobijanja što preciznijih informacija i adekvatnog postavljanja istraživanja, korišćen je metod ispitivanja, konkretno, sprovedena je anketa među vlasnicima etno sela koji posluju na teritoriji Republike Srbije. Za obradu prikupljenih podataka korišćen je program za statističku obradu podataka SPSS.20.00. Autori rada nastoje da ovim radom ukažu na značaj etno sela i razvoja preduzetništva u lokalnim sredinama ne samo za promociju turističkih vrednosti, već i za ravnomerniji regionalni razvoj države.
Abstract
Changes in the field of modern tourist demand have led to an increase in interest in staying in a preserved environment, getting to know the traditions and ways of life of people around the world. The return to nature and culture has opened the way for new forms of tourism offer and enthusiastic entrepreneurs who see a chance for development precisely in the "secluded corners" of their country. The rise of entrepreneurship in rural areas, oriented primarily towards the local community, encourages self-employment, creation of new jobs, economic growth, modernization of the much-needed infrastructure, giving new meaning to the environment in which it develops. The development of rural tourism contributes to the revitalization of abandoned rural areas, neglected natural and cultural values, but also to the improvement of the living standards of the rural population. Ethno villages represent the vision of the aforementioned enthusiasts to authentically present the traditional architecture and lifestyle of the people, present the tastes, smells and crafts of their region, but also to encourage economic and socio-cultural progress through these tourist activities. In the paper, ethno villages of Serbia, their current offer, placement on the market, as well as plans for future development which follow changes in the face of increasingly demanding tourist demand, are studied. In order to obtain as precise information as possible and adequately set up the research, a research method was used, specifically, a survey was conducted among the owners of ethno villages operating in the territory of the Republic of Serbia. The statistical data processing program SPSS.20.00 was used to process the collected data. The authors of the paper try to point out the importance of ethno villages and the development of entrepreneurship in local areas not only for the promotion of tourism values, but also for a more balanced regional development of the country.
