Abstract
U radu se razmatraju mogućnosti transformacije nastave geografije pod uticajem nekih savremenih ideja i procesa u geografskom obrazovanju kao što su moćno geografsko znanje i prisustvo kritike modernog kurikuluma utemeljenog na vještinama. Dalje reformske promjene u obrazovnom sistemu Republike Srpske, koje su do sad prisutne kroz uvođenje kurikularnog pristupa nastavnom planu i programu, ne mogu se posmatrati izvan aktuelnih problema modernog kurikuluma. Ideja moćnog znanja se javila, pored ostalog, kao reakcija na nedostatke modernog kurikuluma. Kroz ovu ideju se razmatra i kritički sagledava niz pitanja vezanih za kurikulum i obrazovanje kao što su: nedostaci modernog kurikuluma usmjerenog na vještine, značaj disciplinarnog znanja i njegov povratak u kurikulum, značaj sadržaja učenja i važnost didaktičkog trougla, pozitivne i negativne strane socio-konstruktivizma, funkcionalistički pristup obrazovanju i mnogi drugi. Ovaj rad je pokušaj da se kroz ukazivanje na savremene tokove u geografskom obrazovanju kao i na probleme modernog kurikuluma razmotre mogućnosti i pravci promjene tradicionalnog nastavnog plana i programa kao i transformacije nastave geografije u Republici Srpskoj, kako bi se ukazalo na vrijednost geografije kao nastavnog predmeta i njen značaj kako za pojedinca tako i za društvo.
Sažetak
The paper discusses the possibilities of transformation of geography teaching under the influence of some modern ideas and processes in geographic education, such as powerful geographical knowledge and the presence of criticism of the modern curriculum. Further reform changes in the education system of the Republic of Srpska, which have been present until now through the introduction of a curricular approach to the teaching plan and program, cannot be viewed outside of the current problems of the modern curriculum. The idea of powerful knowledge appeared, among other things, as a reaction to the problems of the modern skills-based curriculum. Through this idea, a number of issues related to the curriculum and education are considered and critically reviewed, such as: the deficiencies of the modern skills-based curriculum, the importance of disciplinary knowledge and its return to the curriculum, the importance of learning content and the importance of the didactic triangle, the positive and negative sides of socio-constructivism, functionalist approach to education and many others. This paper is an attempt to consider the possibilities of conceptualization of the curriculum and transformation of geography teaching in the Republic of Srpska, by pointing out the problems of the modern geography curriculum.
