Abstract
Artificial Intelligence (AI) is experiencing the fate of similar technological innovations that have rapidly changed the conditions under which humans create and live in a given period of time. AI has evolved significantly from a theoretical concept to everyday use, permeating various aspects of port work and lifestyles. From virtual assistants that help design machines and analyze patient health data to autonomous cars that drive themselves, AI applications are becoming more sophisticated and commonplace in everyday life. However, the question remains: How ready are we to apply AI and realize its full potential.
