Upravljanje vodovodnim sistemom grada Prijedora - proširenje sistema i iskustva
Management of the water supply system of the city of Prijedor: Extension of the system and experiences

Sistem vodosnabdjevanja Prijedora čine izvorišta vode, bunari i rezervoari sa pumpnim stanicama i ugrađenom savremenom elektro i hidromašinskom opremom, glavni transportni cjevovodi, preko 450 km distributivne mreže u Prijedoru, Ljubiji i Kozarcu i oko 25.000 priključaka, uglavnom sa ugrađenim vodomjerima. Preko 45 ovih osnovnih objekata je povezano optičkim kablovima ili nekim drugim sistemom i vrši se potpuna daljinska kontrola, nadzor i upravljanje. Pored ovog centralnog vodovodnog sistema, egzistira i Regionalni vodovodni sistem "Crno Vrelo" koji obuhvata seoska područja i u zajedničkom je vlasništvu sa Gradom Banja Luka. Ovaj sistem u dijelu Grada Prijedora obuhvata 11 sela i naselja sa dužinom oko 360 km i 4.000 priključaka, odnosno preko 12.000 stanovnika. Kanalizacioni sistem je slabije razvijen ali i on se sastoji od više glavnih kolektora, prepumpne stanice i mreže ukupne dužine od oko 200 km. Povodom 18. godišnjice od pokretanja centralizovanog upravljanja vodovodnim objektima putem SCADA sistema u prijedorskom Vodovodu, želimo da prikažemo pozitivne i negativne strane sistema i radove na poboljšanju njegovih karakteristika i funkcionalnosti.
Abstract
Prijedor's water supply system consists of water sources, wells and reservoirs with pumping stations and installed modern electrical and hydromechanical equipment, main transport pipelines, over 450 km of distribution network in Prijedor, Ljubija and Kozarac and about 25,000 connections, mostly with installed water meters. Over 45 of these basic facilities are connected by optical cables or some other system and are fully remote controlled, monitored and managed. In addition to this central water supply system, there is also the Regional water supply system "Crno Vrelo", which includes rural areas and is jointly owned by the City of Banja Luka. This system in the part of the City of Prijedor includes 11 villages and settlements with a length of about 360 km and 4,000 connections, i.e. over 12,000 inhabitants. The sewage system is less developed, but it also consists of several main collectors, a pumping station and a network with a total length of about 200 km. On the occasion of the 18th anniversary of the start of the centralized management of water facilities through the SCADA system in Prijedor Vodovod, we want to show the positive and negative sides of the system and the work on improving its features and functionality.
