Abstract
(not available in English)
This paper analyses the distribution of particulate air pollution originating from a specific location, modeled as a point source with periodic operation. The extent of the observed pollution is considered in one direction, accounting for diffusion and absorption processes in relation to current air flow conditions. The diffusion equation describing these processes is a partial differential equation and must ultimately be solved numerically for realistic parameters.
