Abstract
Jusović Tower, located in the village of the same name near Prijepolje, is a significant monument of Ottoman architecture from the XIX century. The tower originally had a military-residential function, typical for buildings of that period, and today represents an important part of Serbia's cultural heritage. This paper explores the historical, cultural, and architectural significance of Jusović Tower, as well as its current condition. The focus is on restoration and reconstruction methods aimed at preserving the cultural values of the monument, as well as optimizing the space for modern functions that would enhance the local site's tourism and cultural potential. The paper employs a comparative analysis with similar monuments due to the lack of precise data about the tower itself. The expected results will contribute to the preservation of Jusović Tower as a cultural asset and provide guidelines for future interventions and revitalization of the site.
