Abstract
The legal acts of the Republic of Serbia and the European Union (EU) aim to ensure a high quality of the environment, primarily in the member countries, but also more widely, for all citizens of Europe. The paper discusses the national legal acts and EU regulations that establish norms related to common procedures aimed at a greater degree of recycling of waste generated during the construction and demolition of buildings.
