Sažetak
Urbanističko planiranje zaštićenih prirodnih područja i njihovog okruženja predstavlja poseban izazov zbog različitih ograničenja pri korišćenju, obnovi i izgradnji prostora. Interakcija osetljivih ekosistema i izgrađenih struktura koje imaju tendenciju širenja često se odvija na štetu zaštićenog prirodnog okruženja. Ovaj rad ima za cilj da prikaže metodološki postupak teoretskog i aplikativnog karaktera u okviru Studio projekta "Održivi teritorijalni razvoj" na drugoj godini master akademskih studija Arhitektonskog fakulteta Univerziteta u Beogradu. Predmet omogućava studentima upoznavanje sa različitim konceptima planiranja sa jedne strane, a sa druge ih sprovodi kroz različite faze urbanističkog planiranja i urbanističkog projektovanja - od formiranja složene informacione baze, proučavanja slučajeva dobre prakse, preko kreiranja koncepta, ciljeva i osnovnih razvojih postavki, do definisanja planskih rešenja i razrade na nivou urbanističkog projekta. Pri tome, zaštićena prirodna područja predstavljaju okosnicu rešenja i važan element održivog razvoja okolne gradske/vangradske teritorije. U okviru predmeta studenti razvijaju veštine kritičkog mišljenja i primenjuju stečena znanja kroz održiva urbanistička rešenja koja su u sprezi sa prirodnim vrednostima, lokalnim potrebama, resursima i interesima. Rad prikazuje izabrane semestralne radove studenata kroz različite mogućnosti održivog razvoja teritorije na primeru zaštićenog prirodnog područja Zvezdarske šume i njegovog urbanog okruženja u Beogradu.
Abstract
Urban planning of protected natural areas and their surroundings is rather challenging due to various restrictions on space use, renewal and construction. The interaction of sensitive ecosystems and built structures that tend to spread often harm the protected natural environment. This paper aims to present the theoretical and applicative methodological framework regarding the Studio project "Sustainable territorial development" in the 2nd year of master academic studies at the Faculty of Architecture, University of Belgrade. The course introduces students to various planning concepts on the one hand and, on the other, guides them through multiple phases of urban planning and urban design - from an analytical base to the development of planning concepts, goals, and elaboration through the urban design process. In this regard, protected natural areas represent the backbone of solutions and an essential element of sustainable development of the surrounding urban/suburban territory. Within the course, students develop critical thinking skills and apply acquired knowledge through sustainable urban solutions in conjunction with natural values, local needs, resources and interests. The paper presents selected semester works of students through various possibilities of sustainable development of the territory using the example of the protected natural area of Zvezdarska šuma and its urban environment in Belgrade.
