Sažetak
Razvoj digitalnog katastra klizišta u Srbiji predstavlja ključni korak ka unapređenju upravljanja geohazardima. Sistem, realizovan 2024. godine, obuhvata android mobilnu i veb aplikaciju za unos podataka, oflajn/onlajn sinhronizaciju i integraciju s PostgreSQL bazom. Baza sadrži 40.000 tačkastih entiteta, od kojih je 20.000 poligonima. Podaci potiču od G eološkog zavoda Srbije i Ministarstva rudarstva i energetike. Standardizovani unos i generisanje PDF izveštaja osiguravaju tačnost i pouzdanost. Naredna faza podrazumeva razvoj algoritama za automatsku analizu i predikciju rizika radi proaktivnog delovanja.
Abstract
The development of a digital landslide cadastre in Serbia represents a key step towards improving geohazard management. The system, implemented in 2024, includes an Android mobile and Web application for data entry, offline/online synchronization, and integration with a PostgreSQL database. The database contains 40,000 point entities, of which 20,000 are represented as polygons. The data originates from the Geological Survey of Serbia and the Ministry of Mining and Energy. Standardized data entry and PDF report generation ensure accuracy and reliability. The next phase involves the development of algorithms for automated analysis and risk prediction for proactive action.
